Here is a Dukane 3A25 vintage, octal-based plug-in transformer typically used in tube-era public address (PA) amplifiers and preamplifiers. Is commonly used as a vacuum tube microphone input transformer or a step-up transformer (SUT) for moving coil (MC) cartridges. This unit test’s great and measures good with the following DCR using my Fluke DVM:
Pins 4 to 5 “Primary” = 4.36 Ohms
Pins 5 to 3 = 2.15 Ohms
Pins 4 to 2= 2.48 Ohms
Pins 6 to 7 “Secondary” = 1.9K Ohms
