The cymbal is a Vintage Zildjian K Instanbul. Unknown year. I would believe late 60’s early 70s. Photos taken of stamp to articulate the era for those interested. I am not an expert due to the numerous variations and do not want to mislead.
The cymbal has rivets installed. The sound has a defined stick tone and slight shimmer. Audio / video file will be posted to articulate and approximate the sound.
It is difficult to describe a sound being the subjectivity to the listener, source, and experiences.
Weight of the cymbal is approximately 2652 grams according to my scale. This is different from what has been written with what appears to be a pencil under the bell from prior owner. I did not attempt to remove and will let the new owner decide.
