This 4-track tape machine is in good working order, and includes a compatible power supply, and the original box.
This item has been specially modified to include a PWM speed controller. When activated via the toggle switch, this circuit allows speed control from a standstill to approximately 2X.
The speed control is on the left side of the machine, and the toggle switch will select either the original factory speed or the modified PWM speed.
