McIntosh C-26 Pre-amplifier. The unit belongs to a studio in Frederick MD . A toggle was added on top to bypass / defeat the tone controls . The tone controls can be re-introduced . This was so the user could record 78 rpm with specialized equalization . A return visit to the studio produced the missing owner's manual and service information , a nice addition to the package .
Bezel is taped on the side of unit . I'll defer to the new owner to reattach .
Unit presents very well cosmetically , and includes the original serial number matching Factory Carton for safe shipping .
Unit could use a mild service with a little DeoxIT .
Shipping is a flat $ 80.00 to lower 48 .
