Currently pairing down my collection in order to fund some new projects and this lovely example of custom snare work is ready for a new home.
Crafted from nearly 1/2" thick Curly Maple Staves and finished with Roundover-to-30 degree edges, this drum was designed to be a maple-homage to the Benny Greb Sonor snare (hence the size).
Outfitted with triple-flanged hoops, tube lugs, and an INDe Throw off, this is a monster of a drum for any style of music.
Finished in what we dubbed "Peach-Cobbler Fade" as a nod to Pi Drum's Georgia Location, this snare is sure to turn heads and ears wherever it goes.
