Built by Gibson Custom Shop, this ’58 Historic Reissue captures the earliest era of the legendary ES-335 platform, delivering vintage-correct tone, feel, and craftsmanship inspired by the original 1958 semi-hollow designs.

Featuring a laminated maple semi-hollow body with a solid center block, this ES-335 delivers exceptional resonance, airy warmth, and articulate clarity with outstanding sustain and feedback resistance. The ’58-style construction emphasizes a slightly rounder, more open tonal character compared to later iterations, making it highly expressive across blues, jazz, and classic rock applications.

The Natural finish highlights the figured maple top and classic Gibson styling, giving this instrument a timeless, understated vintage aesthetic.

This guitar is all original (OG) and comes complete with its Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and Original Hardshell Case (OHSC).

Condition: 9.5/10 - Excellent. Medium pickguard scratches with a light mark near the bass-side F-hole and a small chip on the lower top. Back and sides remain clean, with a clean neck and only light surface scratches on the headstock. Overall very well preserved.
