Octabyte is a versatile digital/analog octave/fifth pedal. I built this to sound great on its own, but I especially had fuzz in mind while designing, so it sounds amazing stacked with a Big Muff or another octave fuzz
With blend turned on the high gain analog signal is modulated by the synthesized octave, resulting in more of a traditional octave pedal sound.
The effects switches bring the synthesized signal down an additional fifth, so it goes pretty low. Each effect switch uses a different algorithm to chop up the wave, so you get different textures. With both turned on you get another sub-octave with different tone/harmonics.
With blend turned off only the synthesized signal comes through, giving you some great 8-bit sounds.
