1984 Squier Bullet (Made in Japan) is a highly respected vintage instrument produced at the renowned Fujigen factory. Often called a "Tele-Strat mashup," it features high-quality craftsmanship, an SQ-prefix serial number, and an excellent 25.5-inch scale maple neck. Specifications
- Body: Typically made of alder or occasionally basswood. It features the slimmer, slightly smaller proportions of the early 80s Fender/Squier Bullets.
- Neck: Highly praised for its comfortable profile (often a soft 'V' or 'C') and smooth feel. Many feature the unique "Telecaster-style" headstock.
- Pickups & Electronics:
- Bullet 1 / S-3: Featured three single-coil Strat-style pickups.
- Bullet H2: Features dual humbuckers with button or push-pull pots for coil-splitting.
- Hardware: Utilized high-quality vintage Gotoh tuners and Fender-branded hardware.
