Today, for your consideration - a 1972 Gibson SG Special! This is a great piece with some cool player friendly modifications such as newer Grover tuners and a conversion from Bigsby to stop tailpiece. The stop tail provides superior tuning stability while the Grover tuners hold very well. The frets are in marvelous shape for the age of the guitar while overall there isn’t a ton of significant play wear. The bridge pickup has some pick scalloping in it but it sounds divine. Neck is very straight with no dive and a healthy balanced weight. The pots all date to the 30th week of 1972. The case the guitar will ship in is that of an earlier SG, gold lined inside. Grab this great guitar while it lasts!
We always ship with tracking and insurance provided. All items are professionally packed to the highest standard possible.
