Here we have a pre owned Gibson Les Paul Classic T electric guitar. Made in the USA in 2017. The finish is Green Ocean Burst gloss. The Les Paul Classic has been a staple in the guitar world for a long time now. The Classic T version offers the traditional Mahogany body and neck, 22- fret Rosewood fingerboard with Trapezoid inlays, and nickel hardware. 60's Slim Taper neck shape, 57 Classic pickups, and traditional 2- Volume, and 2- Tone controls. This guitar has had a few minor changes. The Zebra pickups now have Nickel covers added to them and the pickup rings and plastics have been changed to Black. The originals are not included. Up top is a set of Grover Locking Rotomatics to keep things in check. This guitar weighs 9lbs 8oz. It comes with its original hard shell case, strap, truss rod wrench, and inspection paper.
This Les Paul has just been pro setup by our technician and is playing really well. It is strung with D'Addario 10-46's. The neck is nice and straight and the truss rod is working perfectly with good travel with either direction. The frets are in very good shape with some light wear on the first handful of frets. Mostly on the G and B strings (common area) There is plenty of life left in them. This guitar plays cleanly up and down the fingerboard.
Cosmetically, this Les Paul is in very good condition. There are surface marks, scuffs, and pick swirls on the finish. No major dings or ganks. There is one small indent by the toggle switch. One just below the treble tone control. The back of the neck is smooth with a few small scuffs. The back of the guitar has some scuffs, small scratches, and small indents. No belt buckle rash.
All in all, this Les Paul has had some minor cosmetic changes ( for the better in our opinion) and is setup and ready for a new home. Add this one to your arsenal today. Thanks for looking and happy buying!
