Great condition. At one point in time I thought I wanted a Strat, but didn't want to commit to a major purchase, so I went with this one: a '50s style, made in Mexico Stratocaster. I barely played this; couldn't really get into it, so it's been in the gig bag since 2012. It's in excellent condition except for a black discoloration on the bottom right portion of the guitar, which must come from the bottom of the black gig bag it's been stored in for 14 years. I tried to buff it out recently, and it helped a bit, but it's still there. While doing so, noticed two tiny paint cracks on the bottom heal where the guitar has been resting for years; probably caused by temperature fluctuations. Can't find any other flaws. Comes with the original factory paperwork and supplied gig bag. Also including the leather, Fender strap I got for this. Matches the maple neck, and I won’t need it anyway.
