Martin 1969 D12-20

Mahogany back, sides, neck and spruce top. Luthier set up with new bone nut and bone string pens and new D’Addario 80/20 Bronze strings. Great playing 12-string with clear tones. The aging caused the older pickguard to pull on the top. A luthier remove and replace the pickguard. The guitar is sold with buyers’ preference of an original Martin case or a Canadian made Calton type touring case. A new set of D’Addario 80/20 Bronze strings included.

Please note: One photo of the Martin case shows a Martin J 40 I am selling but both cases are in excellent shape. The Calton case is heavier than the Martin so shipping costs will be higher.
