Serial no. GF0311. Weight = 7 pounds 4 ounces. Includes original case, tremolo arm, certificate of authenticity, etc. Please see the pics.
G. Fullerton was Leo Fender's partner & friend. The signature model was very limited and special. George was fond of the 3 bolt neck attachment, as it was his idea. They have a 1 5/8" nut width.
Condition: * pickguard was changed to a pearloid one & the original is in the case. & Some swirl marks in the glossy finish * some very minimal fret grooves & that's it. No smoke odor. We do not know what year it was built.
A very, very fine & lightweight example that's sure to appreciate in value as the decades fly by. Has a fine setup, plays really nice & has "that sound." The dual fulcrum tremolo is the most stabile whammy bridge ever.
The finish is beautiful as is the lovely wood grain.
Add this beauty to your collection and PLAY THE DARNED THING PLEASE!! George would appreciate it.
