Vintage original 1959 Martin model 5-18 "Terz" small parlor sized guitar.
Guitar is a real little honey of an instrument that plays fantastic and has a real nice warm and sweet tone.
Same guitar as you always see Marty Robbins use, as well as Bobbie Gentry (on Ode to Billy Joe.)
Guitar shows signs of wear and has a professional side repair from what appears to have been a side jack to the guitar. The repair is real nicely done. There is also a few side cracks on the opposite side, bottom. All professionally repaired. Besides that, the guitar is completely original.
Plays and sounds as great as she looks. Just a real warm, bright and sweet sweet tone.
Features an X-braced Sitka spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a mahogany neck, and a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and bridge
Comes with original chipboard case, too, black with red velvet interior.
