The Digitech DOD Boneshaker Distortion Pedal is a specialized, analog dirt box designed specifically for heavy, low-end music genres like stoner rock, sludge, and modern metal. Created in collaboration with boutique pedal builder Black Arts Toneworks, this robust, all-metal stompbox is voiced to retain exceptional clarity and low-frequency power when using drop-tuned guitars, extended-range 7/8-string guitars, baritones, and bass guitars.

Core Control Layout
The pedal features a total of nine controls arranged across standard knobs and double-stacked parametric concentric pots:

• Distortion: Adjusts the overall gain intensity, moving from a mild overdrive crunch at lower settings to aggressive, fuzzy distortion past noon.
• Depth: Controls a specialized low-cut filter to manage the low-frequency "growl". Turning it down lets massive sub-frequencies through, while turning it up tightens the bottom end to prevent "farty" or muddy tracking on heavy strings.
• Level: Manages the final output volume, offering plenty of headroom to smash the front end of a clean or dirty tube amp.

3-Band Parametric EQ Section
The true power of the Boneshaker lies in its versatile, interactive 3-band semi-parametric equalizer.
Each of the three bottom knobs is double-stacked:

• Concentric Rings (Bottom): Sweep to select the specific center frequency for the Low, Mid, or High bands.
• Center Knobs (Top): Choose to boost or cut the selected frequency range.
• Gain Interactivity: Because the EQ is positioned between two internal gain stages, boosting a specific frequency selectively pushes that frequency range harder into the second distortion stage for highly surgical tone-shaping
