Up for sale is one of the best solid state high gain amps produced. The Peavey XXL was based on the circuit of the Triple XXX, but features an all analog solid state design based on their TransTube technology. This amp also features an output transformer (very rare in a solid state design) that helps deliver the feel and character of a real tube amp. Unit does not come with Footswitch.

Further tonal mayhem can be accomplished with outboard effects via the footswitchable effects loop. Reverb is also included to put the icing on the cake. We’ve even thrown in a free footswitch and a classic jeweled pilot light so that you will certainly have the tools to break ALL of the rules.
