Personal Thoughts:
This is a really classy Custom Shop Suhr and a spec that feels a bit more special than the standard Classic T formula. The combination of a genuine mahogany body with a claro walnut top gives it a much richer, warmer and more boutique feel than the usual ash or alder route, and the natural satin finish is exactly the right choice because it lets all of that wood do the talking. The Pau Ferro neck is another big part of the appeal here, especially paired with the Macassar ebony board, as it gives the guitar a very slick, fast and premium feel in the hand. I also like the pickup pairing a lot. The S90 in the neck should give it a fatter, more open and slightly more muscular voice than a standard Tele neck pickup, while the Classic T bridge keeps the guitar rooted in that familiar snap and bite. Add in the stainless frets, SSCII system and locking tuners and it ends up being a very refined modern T-style with loads of versatility. A very tasteful and very well-specced Suhr.
