Very Good condition, 7/10, Made in Japan, including non-original square tweed hardcase and tremolo arm.
This guitar has been put together with parts from at least 2 guitars and has a maple neck that is stamped ST-54 with a soft v-shape and slight fretwear, and a body that is factory finished in candy apple red and that is stamped STS-62 so a ST-62 model.
It has a single ply cream pickguard (probably from the ST-54) and cream plastic throughout, some wear and dings all over on both neck and body.
The electronics seem to be original from the ST-62 model with pots stamped 14 which means 4th month of 1991 (or 2001 as the 1 can be either, our best guess is 1991 but that we may be wrong, let us know if you have info here), but the pickups seem to be replaced and now the guitar sports 2pc black bottom pickups (unknown brand) with black/white cloth wire and the neck pickup is a Van Zandt.
