Selling this exceptionally clean example of Fender’s Coronado II in the classic Sunburst finish. These guitars are still a bit of a hidden gem in the vintage guitar world and they compete with much more expensive hollow body guitars in both playability and tone - the aesthetics are pretty great too.

The DeArmond single-coil pickups offer Gretsch-like clarity and body, perfect for a wide range of playing styles. The fully hollow body really adds some depth and resonance to the pickups too, contributing to a very full sound without being muddy. The neck is a relatively thin C shape and has worn over the years to a perfectly fast and smooth feel, it’s a joy to play. Frets are smooth very minimal signs of wear.

Weight is an incredible 5 pounds 14 ounces

This guitar is 100% original and is in phenomenal shape with very normal, expected (possibly less than expected) signs of wear including light scratches, a couple of very small nicks and very faint finish checking that can be seen in certain light. The binding has checking in several spots and a handful of faint scratches in the buckle rash area on the back. No repairs or anything major, from a couple feet away the guitar looks blemish-free.

Original case is included, which does have some wear along with a makeshift handle, but it’s quite solid and the interior is very clean.
