Body & Condition

Constructed from durable composite ABS material, the body remains in very good condition with minimal signs of scratches, blemishes, and normal wear and tear. The glossy black finish presents especially well compared to many surviving examples from this era.

The bore measures approximately 14.9 mm (0.587") at both entry and exit, contributing to a moderately open American student-bore design with stable response and broad tonal character. Included is the original 65.5 mm barrel.

Compared to many modern inexpensive student clarinets, these earlier Vito instruments are generally regarded as mechanically sturdier, easier to regulate, more durable long-term, and acoustically more stable.
