Excellent limited edition guitar that sounds as good as it looks. This guitar is in phenomenal condition. I don't see any scratches or swirling or buckle rash on the guitar. The wood quality on the instrument is top notch. The flame koa top is striking in person. The pics do no justice to the instrument. The body has alder sides and a birch back. The walnut neck is a tung oiled so it's very smooth and feels great to play. The royal ebony fretboard has cool coloring in it. The guitar is a cool contrast of wood colors. The stainless steel frets are well dressed, will last longer than nickel/silver/gold frets, and feel smooth and slinky. The guitar is hollow inside so it's resonant and loud when unplugged. It's perfect for someone looking for a hollowbody (without the bulky big body).......and with a more modern playability. I had a luthier better match the bridge saddle radius to the 20" neck radius. The guitar now has a much lower action and plays really easily as a result. I also installed a solderless pickup swapping screw down terminal strip so pickup swaps are super easy with no soldering required. In addition, I drilled a center hole in the pickup covers so it will accommodate traditional pickups with 2 mounting screws. If you swap pickups I would recommend non-covered pickups. The pickup routes are super tight. I had to shave em a little just to fit some covered pickups I had tried out. The mini toggle switch is a phase reversal switch so a hollow sound is available in the middle position when the phase reversal switch is engaged and both pickups are on. Comes with the stock guitar case from Kiesel. It's a really customized guitar and is a very unique instrument you cannot purchase new anymore. This one is practically new!
