Up for grabs are these JBL D130F speaker rebuild/re-cone kits...each purchase is for one kit.

The JBL D130F is a BEAST of a loudspeaker........... when built with correct components...

The problem with other kits out there is- if they don't directly say they are OEM./ AMERICAN made, at the SAME plant, with the SAME tooling, and the SAME exact materials, then they are an after market, replacement, India made crap, or chyna made junk...

This kit is 100% AMERICAN made, right down to the solder I am tossing in...

The factory D130F came with a full paper body/all paper cone, a kraft paper /radially vented single layer voice coil, and an aluminum dust cap that is a correct diameter "Coil-Over" lip down size and design, which is part of the tonality, as it propagates the sound as well as the cone does..

This kit includes:

(1) Full paper curve-linear smooth profile cone assembly

(4) quarter segment front mounting gaskets ( treated cork)

(2) COPPER litz wires

(1) solder (AMERICAN MADE!)

(1) aluminum/lip down dust cap

(1) treated textile high compliance spider assembly

(1) 8 ohm KRAFT PAPER/ radially vented edge wound voice coil

(1) Squeeze bottle of "ReZon-Ex" edge treatment

This kit provides you with that black, slightly tacky, never 100% cured edge treatment dampener, so YOU can apply as much as YOU see fit for your personal tastes in tonality.. ReZon Ex prolongs surround life, dampens any cone edge resonances, removes "Ghost Notes" and lowers Fs... plus, it looks cool.

The COPPER litz wires conduct the signal to the voice coil MUCH more accurately than the usual gray "pot-metal" stuff, which can smudge and smear your signal before it even gets to the voice coil..

The devil is in the details with these things.This is the SAME components that we use here in the shop.
