The Gibson ES-335 50s brings the earliest era of the ES platform back into focus with a substantial Rounded C neck profile, vintage-inspired appointments, and Custombucker pickups designed to capture the warmth and articulation of late-’50s PAF tones. Built with a maple/poplar/maple semi-hollow body and solid maple centerblock, the ES-335 balances airy resonance with excellent sustain and feedback control.
Finished in gloss nitrocellulose lacquer Ebony, this model leans fully into classic Gibson styling while offering the familiar versatility that has made the ES-335 a staple across blues, rock, jazz, and Americana. Hand-wired electronics with Orange Drop capacitors and a pair of Alnico 3 Custombuckers deliver articulate cleans, woody mids, and smooth overdrive response.
