Vintage Aria AC-15 Classical Guitar – Made in Japan
Excellent condition - With Case
For sale is a vintage Aria AC-15 classical guitar, made in Japan. This is part of Aria’s Concert Series nylon-string/classical line and is a great example of the well-built Japanese classical guitars from the late 1970s/early 1980s era.
The AC-15 is a comfortable, traditional nylon-string guitar with a warm, mellow voice and a nice vintage character. This example is in excellent condition, almost as if it were brand new, even though this was built decades ago at the height of Japan's quality classical guitar building boom. This is a chance to get a very high quality instrument at an affordable price, with virtually no signs of wear or age.
I really like these old Aria classicals, and this is the most pristine example I have come across (I have had my hands on about a dozen)
The guitar is set up well with a straight neck, and an easy to play low action with the low E at 3mm and the high E at 2.5mm. Strung with a brand sew set of D'Addario Pro Arte EJ45 normal tension nylon strings.
