2023 Kauer Banshee Baritone Sky Blue Flake w/ Bigsby

The Kauer Banshee is the BEST winged guitar on the market. Period. Kauer improves upon the vintage design to create a usable, hard-working rock n roll machine without all of the quirks. The Banshee is built from solid Spanish Mahogany, which makes it a lightweight, well-balanced tone monster. The body is nicely contoured, so it actually sits comfortably on your lap and feels right on a strap. Plus, the neck has been reinforced with a scarf joint right behind the nut, adding strength to protect your neck!

This 2023 Banshee (#690) was the first Banshee Baritone to roll off Kauer's new CNC! It has the same nut position as the normal Banshee, so even though it's a 27" scale, the neck isn't any longer. Because of that, this may be one of the most comfortable, approachable baritones. And my goodness, is it flashy!?! No one does sparkle finishes like Kauer, and this Sky Blue Flake finish is ridiculous. The matching headstock completes the vibe, and we love the contrast with the Natural Brown finish of the back. 

This 2023 Banshee Baritone sports two Lollar Alnico-Pole P90s. These are a great choice for the B to B Baritone tuning. Because the pole pieces are actual magnets, you get a dynamic, touch-sensitive feel. They accentuate the warmer frequencies, of which there are plenty! Bass notes bloom and flourish, and the treble cuts as you need it to. 

This 2023 Banshee Baritone shows some very minor play wear, but nothing too bad! Check out the photos. This may be a little picky, but the finish is a little inconsistent around the headstock cuts. That's pretty much the only cosmetic imperfection we can find. The setup is excellent, and it has a factory-installed Bigsby B5 tailpiece that actually uses a Vibramate adapter. So this could be a hard tail if desired! It includes its original Mono gig bag.
