JHS Pink Panther Delay (2017), a truly unique and fairly rare find. Fully functional and works exactly as it should.
Cosmetically, it has normal signs of use, including a small but noticeable paint chip on the front, light scratching on the back plate, and the original bottom sticker is partially worn/torn off, leaving behind some of the paper layer of the sticker. Please see photos for condition details.
Features tap tempo, modulation controls, and subdivisions, and a dark control. The two modulation settings can add either subtle chorus-y shimmer or a deeper 'warbly' movement to repeats, or can be left off entirely for a cleaner delay sound. You also have the option to run this as a tape or digital delay. Runs on standard 9V DC power.
My little personal anecdote: I played in a shoegaze band and, as one does, used a lot of pedals, but this was always the one on my board people complimented, asked about, or seemed most intrigued by after shows. I kept mine set as an always-on warm, lush tape-style delay, and it paired really well with reverb, stacked delays, fuzz, and chorus.
Only selling because I’m downsizing my setup. Feel free to message me with any questions.
