This beautiful old parlor guitar is in great shape for having reached its 108th birthday. It is original and comes with the original case. The SN reads 453XX. I'd have to guess at the last two digits but the first three are clear under the right light. All the latches work on the sturdy case--no funky smells.

The playability is excellent and the fretboard is in great condition. No dead notes--just clear resonance. The body is also firm and resonant--no top sink that can be common with these models. Cosmetically, the back of the neck has minor or wear--none of the big capo divots I normally see with these. The chunky V neck is a blast to play. . . . The back of the body shows minor discoloration from play over the years. The pickguard is missing one arm but is held firmly in place with the other. One tiny lacquer crack along the midline at the tailpiece--you wouldn't notice it without mention.
