This is a Benedetto Andy archtop hollow electric guitar. Benedetto is the producer of high end, handmade jazz guitars out of Savanah, Georga since 1968. The Andy was made from mid-2008 to 2012. They are a 3/4 scale guitar that is perfect for either travel or a serious youth guitarist. The total length of the guitar is 35" with the lower bout (body) 12" with 3" body depth.
Not a toy by any means as the guitars 23" neck scale features a solid carved spruce top and a solid carved maple back, with laminated maple sides. The guitar incorporates the same design features of its big brothers with an ebony fingerboard, finger rest, tailpiece and bridge. The mini-humbucking pickup with volume and tone control is built into the top. Natural color top with expresso back, sides and neck.
This is a beautiful Andy and was only occasionally played. It plays and sounds great. It comes with a custom, tight fur lined Gator case
