This Fender American Vintage '62 Telecaster Custom plays and sounds great! This one has been modified with a Seymour Duncan mini humbucker in the neck position, which compliments this Tele very well. The surf green finish looks fantastic, especially with the double-bound construction. The tone woods include an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard.

This guitar shows minor cosmetic wear that includes light surface scratches, scuffs, and small dents throughout the body from normal play. There's also a couple areas of discoloration in the finish on the front of the body and some finish checking starting to form near the binding along the shoulders of the guitar. There is a small line extending from outside the low E tuner on the headstock, though it is totally smooth, not sure if this is wood grain, or a prior touch up.  The finish is also starting to chip underneath the neck plate. The frets exhibit light play wear but otherwise still play great with medium action and the electronics work as they should. 

This Telecaster comes freshly set up with D'Addario EXL110 .010-.046 gauge strings. The body has been routed to fit the Seymour Duncan SM-1N vintage mini humbucker and the volume pot has also been replaced. The pickguard has also been cut for the mini humbucker modification. This guitar is otherwise original.
