Made in Japan in the 80s, this Yamaha FP720 utilizes the highly-coveted nylon belt/strap drive system which is highly regarded by drummers for providing a quiet, exceptionally smooth and organic stroke response. The pedal utilizes a collapsible horizontal wire radius rod frame rather than a solid metal base plate to ensure simple breakdown and transport. Visually, this pedal shows significant wear due to its age and previous use but is functionally sound and still provides the legendary reliability and unique action its known for.
