Lovies Guitars is excited to present this 1978 Gibson Les Paul Custom Electric Guitar finished in Tobacco Sunburst. This classic late-’70s Custom from Gibson delivers the legendary sustain, rich midrange punch, and upscale styling that have made the Les Paul Custom one of the most iconic professional-grade guitars ever built.

Constructed with a mahogany body and carved maple top, this Les Paul Custom produces thick, singing lead tones, articulate highs, and exceptional sustain with the unmistakable feel and response of a vintage Gibson. The Tobacco Sunburst finish paired with gold hardware, multi-ply binding, and block inlays gives this guitar timeless visual appeal and unmistakable late-’70s character.

This example remains original except for one changed potentiometer and comes complete with its Original Hardshell Case (OHSC).

Condition is rated at 9/10 – Excellent for its age. The guitar shows typical aging to the hardware, medium pickguard scratches, minor wear on the pickup covers, and finish checking around the heel area. Overall, it remains a very clean and well-preserved vintage Les Paul Custom.
