• Large 10-Inch Head: The wide diameter allows for a deep resonance and plenty of room for the heel-of-the-hand technique used to modulate pitch.
• Heavy Shell: The metal body provides the necessary stability and weight to prevent the drum from sliding during intense play.
• Hand-Applied Syahi: The black central tuning patch (the gab) is intact, providing the characteristic metallic "ring" and overtone control of a professional tabla.
• Traditional Lacing: Features authentic rawhide straps for tensioning, allowing for fine-tuning via the wooden blocks (gattas) if desired.

• Cosmetic Wear: Shows surface wear and patina on the metal shell and rawhide consistent with regular use.
