Up for sale is a super cool Fender Precision Bass in Mary Kaye white with a solid rosewood neck. This bass was put together using all original Fender parts. The neck is from a 2019 Fender American standard and is a one piece rosewood neck with some gorgeous coloring. The body is from a Heritage series Fender Precision bass and it features a translucent Mary Kaye white lacquer finish with a gold anodized pickguard.
The bass is currently setup up with a nice set of Labella black tapewound bass strings, which make it feel incredibly comfortable to play. The bass has a fat rich low end bass tone which makes it great for any genre of music, but I feel like it is perfect for playing some classic R&B James Jamerson style basslines.
The combination of the rosewood neck, the Mary Kaye white body with gold pickguard, and the black tapewound strings makes for a striking looking bass that has an old school vibe with some modern styling. The body does have a few small chips, but other than that it is in perfect condition. Please feel free to ask any questions and I hope that whoever buys this bass will put it to good work!
