t is better than "good", but I don't want anyone to be upset about a surface scratch or something of the sort. Original case, mount, paperwork,,etc. Amazing ribbon mic great for anything from fuzzy loud guitars to warm folky vocals, using on acoustic guitars is especially nice. Switchable voice or music eq curves easily adapt to source material. I had several Royers and always chose this one over those (101 and 121). Great, great mic!
