An analogue bass drum sound with the legendary JoMoX Sound

The module offers 100 preset slots, fixed and assignable CV inputs, an internal LFO, MIDI control via rear-panel sockets, and an internal mix bus – ideal if you want to build an entire drum setup using JoMoX modules, which is particularly handy for electronic drummers.

Eight knobs provide direct analogue access to the key sound parameters: Tune, Pitch, Decay, Harmonics, Pulse, Noise, Attack and EQ. Other parameters, such as the digitally generated Metal Noise with 499 timbres, trigger sensitivity, envelope decay compression and CV routing, are controlled via knobs and the display.

The module also features an LFO and linear frequency modulation for wild effect sounds. In addition to a trigger input with adjustable sensitivity, it also offers a gate input. The Pulse and Noise parameters influence the pulse and noise of the attack for even more punch, and both are dependent on gate length. All parameters can be controlled via MIDI; there is a MIDI In and a MIDI Out on the rear panel for this purpose.
