This is a Tokai Hard Puncher bass neck with rosewood fretboard that is serialized with a "Made in Japan" decal. This neck appears to be in nice shape overall apart from some light surface scratches and scuffs along the back of the neck. The frets also appear to be in nice shape and the truss rod has plenty of room to turn in both directions. This one does not have pre-drilled neck pocket screws but the nut is already slotted and there are holes for tuners.
