Vintage Correct Parts is proud to offer, for your consideration,
Vintage Fender 1963 Jazzmaster Neck
From heart of the "PRE-CBS" Fender era, and our favorite year for Fender (63!), comes this stunning original Jazzmaster neck. This one is quite incredible - with one of the nicest grained Brazilian boards we've seen on any guitar from any era - full of tight wavy grain - the fret board on this is clean and feels and sounds incredible. These early "curved" boards are a little thicker than the ones used in the mid/late 60's.... great stuff! Fender guitars from this era are known for having some of the best neck profiles in history and this one fits squarely in that category. The maple used on this neck has the great wide growth rings you typically see in the early 60's as well as some subtle flame.
There is a very old professional "Dakota Red" refinish to the headstock face. The finish on the back of the neck and back of the headstock were also re-sprayed in nitrocellulose and are in great condition.
The original frets are in VERY fine shape
