I have a 2024 Paul Reed Smith Myles Kennedy Signature guitar here with its factory soft case and paperwork. This is a lightweight specimen weighing 6 lb 8 oz.

Condition wise, this guitar looks nice.

The body top shows a light amount of guitar pick strumming on the plastic pickguard. Any similar superficial swirling is minimal on the body wood itself. There are scattered traces of it, but no accumulation or built up patterns. I did not find any singular marks. The gloss finish and the hardware look lustrous and shiny.

The body sides and edges show a few line shaped superficial surface indentations on the lower body edge. Not big round ones, more so they look like little thin scratches that do not break the finish. They more lightly press into the finish. I did not find any chips or any large marks. There are no neck pocket cracks.

The body back shows some scattered light play wear in the form of surface swirling type scratches, but no penetrating finish scratches and no deep seated play wear that I would quantify as buckle rash or worming. I found two or three small surface indentations that do not break the finish. So overall it is very respectable back here, and the appearance looks nice. This is the lighter mild variety of play wear that you see when you turn the guitar in the light to scrutinize it, not the glaring kind that jumps out at you visually.

The neck shaft contour looks and feels excellent with nothing to report there. The headstock likewise is clean, showing no chips, dings, or dents. The face of the headstock looks nice. There are no pits or divots in the frets. They are tall and meaty. The setup plays fantastic, and the original electronics are working like they should.

I will rate this one an 8.8/10 and grade it as very good. Consider it on the better side of very good. This is a newer era guitar that at first glance obviously looks excellent, and upon scrutiny shows some light play wear here and there, but nothing major, with no signs of abuse or heavy play wear. The overall aesthetic and look of the guitar are excellent. The neck is certainly on the better side of excellent as well. So this one averages out on the higher side of very good. It is structurally and sonically sound and plays great.

The Myles Kennedy PRS guitar is to this player's perspective is somewhat influenced by a Telecaster. It has a similar single cut body, a similar bridge. A maple neck and an ash body.
Those are traditional Hallmarks of a Telecaster. But of course with all of the modern build Innovations and electronics that are state of the art from Paul Reed smith. It definitely does not play like a Fender guitar it plays like Paul Reed Smith. The tone is snappy and articulate. But somehow still warm and sweet particularly in the upper register treble frequencies.

Note that this listing may come down at anytime as I am a multi-platform seller and do sell locally and on my own Site as well in an effort to keep sales fluid. State sales tax will be charged On Reverb sales when applicable, so factor that in to your purchase.

I will immaculately pack it as well. I use quality shipping boxes, ample tape on all sides. And sufficient bubble wrap filler and bracing inside the box. And always Marked/denoted as fragile. I generally detune guitars 1/2 half step prior to shipment as well if needed.

Thank you for reading and considering!
