The very best fuzz that electro-harmonix ever put out, I personally think these are the best fuzz pedals in the world. It can act as a boost, or a low gain, mid-gain or high saturated gain distortion pedal, as well as a fuzz pedal, depending on how you dial it in.

It's even better when boosted. I run my boosts after the Civil War. All the Jacks and pots have been thoroughly cleaned professionally. 100% stock, No box. No battery door which is common. Velcro on the bottom. I put new and sturdier plastic hockey-puck knobs on it. Otherwise it's 100% stock . Bright red LED light. Uses 9 volt battery. Very rare and highly collectible. This pedal actually hasn't been used as much as the paint makes it look like it has. If it wasn't for the paint I would call it mint.

(Note, the reason why the paint looks the way it does is because Electroharmonix used a defective primer in the paint during that era on the very first batches. This is the earliest Civil War pedal you can get, from the very first batch!! Low serial #.)

This pedal will change your world. Not all Civil War pedals sound the same. I can assure you that this is the best sounding one that you will possibly be able to get. Ive had about five of these through the years and this is the best one I've ever had, no doubt.
