Early-1970s Epiphone 6732 acoustic, made in Japan during the first wave of post-Gibson Epiphone production.
These were built in the highly regarded Matsumoku factory, and while they were originally positioned as affordable instruments, they’ve aged into great-playing, vintage acoustics with a unique feel you don’t get from modern guitars.
This one is a 000-size body, super comfortable, with a warm, focused midrange that works especially well for fingerstyle, light strumming, and recording.
Dialed in and set up in-shop with D'addario Silk & Steel Strings, plays great with low action. Very clean for this model and the age; all original hardware, no cracks, some finish wear, scratch on back of neck. Minor cosmetic gap at neck pocket (common for bolt-on acoustics of this era; neck is stable).
