Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Standard Slash Signature:

This Les Paul Standard is the second Slash Signature production model made by the  Gibson Custom Shop and this was a “Proof of Concept” model that helped launch the Slash Signature line.  They only made 1200 during the production run and this model is the same one as Slash was using as his main guitar during his tenure with Velvet Revolver.  It has a one piece mahogany neck with long neck tenon that’s joined to a solid mahogany body, and capped with a hand carved 2 piece plain maple top.  For electronics, it features Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro Humbuckers, that are paired with a Piezo Transducer Fishman Powerbridge.  You won't believe it until you hear it, but this transforms the guitar from a Les Paul, to a beautiful acoustic guitar sound, and by using the three-way toggle switch, you can turn it on or off, or it can be blended with the Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro Humbuckers.

We bought this guitar off of the original owner who was a retired Gibson Dealer and it’s all original with no modifications.  It comes with the Original Case, COA, Schaller Strap Locks, Owners Manual, Warranty Card, and Truss Rod Tool.  It’s in very good overall condition and it has some scratches, rub marks, dings, and a very small dimple in the back of the neck by the Custom Shop Logo (See Photos).  This guitar has been in our studio for a few years now and it’s a great sounding and really easy to play.  The neck is straight and the action is low and consistent with the frets show very little signs of wear (See Photos).  It was recently setup with new battery for the electronics and a new set of strings D’Addario EXL-110 10-46 Strings.

This guitar will be fully insured and shipped using Reverb Safe Shipping.  If you’re an international buyer interested In this guitar please message us for a shipping quote.
