Body & Bracing
- Body Shape: Grand Auditorium (16" width, 4 5/8" depth).
- Top Wood: Solid Sitka Spruce (often torrefied/baked in later models).
- Back/Sides: Solid Figured Big Leaf Maple.
- Bracing: Forward Shifted Pattern with Relief Rout (often re-voiced for maple).
- Cutaway: Venetian Cutaway.
Electronics (ES-1.3 System)
- System: Expression System 1.3.
- Controls: Three rotary knobs (Volume, Bass, Treble) located on the upper bass-side bout.
- Design: Used a combination of body sensors and a neck-position pickup to capture natural tone.
