The Endless Processor by Blukač is a unique eurorack module that can sustain any sound infinitely – in two channels with up to five layers

Make your favorite sounds last forever by sending your synthesizer, voice, field recordings – any sound you can think of – through the Endless Processor.

By resynthesizing the incoming signal the module recreates the unique timbral and tonal characteristics of the original sound. This principle works around the flaws of a simple looper where you sometimes (for example) get clicks and while looping short sound particles. Endless Processor goes beyond this by listening to the input at all times and maintaining the most recent history.

It is up to you to select the time intervals that feed the resynthesizing process, resulting in different output signals from small sample-like results to massive walls of sound. Thanks to the ability of Endless Processor to layer up to five sounds on top of each other you can create new worlds of sound, that have a relation to the input signal, but go far beyond it in terms of complexity, harmony and texture.

What is a great performance and sound design feature is that you can individually edit each layer by re-processing it or clearing it. You can fade layers in and out as you like to gradually introduce a new layer or remove the existing one. The last step of sound shaping opportunity the Endless Processor offers, is the option to adjust and shape each channels amplitude.

The Blukač Endless Processor Expander Kit expands the possibilities of the nice spectral resynthesis module with a wide range of creative options

The two pitch controls can be used to pitch the signal processed by the Endless Processor on both channels up or down by one octave (also via CV input). This covers the range of several octaves and makes it possible to reproduce a variable playback speed to create novel sonic textures.
The expander comes with a PCB expansion board with SD card slot on which five sound banks of your creative creations can be saved so that all Happy Accidents really do "survive". However, it's not just about simple Save & Recall, various Performing options allow the interplay of saved and currently generated sounds.
And that's not all: the Blukač web tool can be used to create click-free loops of the individual layers in WAV format from the sound banks stored on the SD card. These can be imported into DAWs or hardware samplers to give free rein to your creativity with the recorded sounds.
