This is a 1990s Maxon phaser!

It's a reissue of the "Phase Tone" pedal, originally released in the 1970s. It delivers a clear, undulating mid-to-high frequency sound, effective not only on guitar but also on bass, electric piano, and more. While the control is simple (speed only), it allows for adjustment from subtle, understated fluctuations to intensely psychedelic undulations.
