These congas are in decent condition. The stands and the body are in excellent condition.
The skins on the other hand are usable but could use a replacement.
The tone is still there.
Even if you would buy two new quality skins for $100 each that would land you a brand new Conga set for $400.
As they are now, it's in "fair" condition because of the skins but if it wasn't for the skins they would be in "Excellent" condition overall.
