Kalamazoo KG-1 1960s - Red

1960s Kalamazoo KG-1 guitar is in good condition with plenty of use. Has its share of finish chips, dings, and scratches. The worst of which I’ve tried to show in photos. Previous owner modified it and replaced the pickguard and original pickup with a DiMarzio Super Distortion Humbucker wired straight up to the volume. Tuners have been replaced with Peavey Trulok and there are no tuner bushings on the headstock. Bridge has been replaced with a wrap around tune matic style. The guitar plays well and sounds good. I hear some light fret buzz but not through the amplifier when playing with a light to normal touch. The neck is straight and the frets have moderate wear. The nut is a little rough and has some small chips as shown. Please see photos for condition. No case or bag included but will be packed well to ensure a safe arrival.
