The color flyer is from 2009, I believe the other information to be from the 90s. Other information talks about the humidity control and repair work as far as sending your guitar back to the factory.
Literature is in good condition with normal wear. Some light creases but nothing major. Please see photos for condition. Cool piece of literature to put with your gear from the same era.
