For sale or best offer is a 1980 Fender Lead II with a Wine finish. Originally introduced in response to an influx of affordable import guitars, the Lead III was built with a solid body and a hard tail bridge. It has a classically Fender neck with a comfortable C profile and a 25.5" scale length and 7.25" radius. It has upgraded older Seymour Duncan pickups, CTS pots, and replacement knobs, but all other hardware is original.

This one is in good condition with some light nicks and dings here and there, and the ever-common (and cool) finish flaking from this era of Fender. It feels great to play and sounds awesome! It weighs 8 lbs, 15 oz.

It has been professionally setup and comes with its a hardshell case.
