Ludwig Standard Circa 1968 thru 1982 #1740 Tom Mount. This was the first generation of the #1740 with a 1/4" 20 thread eye bolt for a wing nut (P-100) or hex nut (P-1720) (as represented in this listing). (2nd Gen had a 5/16" 18 thread Eye Bolt). The P-1720 Hex Nut and the P-311 washers are brand new NOS (New Old Stock) with the P-1620 Eye Bolt being the original. The mounting screws, lock washers and the cup washers are original.
