This is Mike's first thru-neck Modulus. He played it with Phish for a bit before it moved to Costa Rica as his practice bass when visiting his father. It has the rare inclusion of a piezo bridge pickup in addition to the 2 EMG magnetic pickups. This bass does not have a truss rod, since the Modulus' first thruneck models didn’t include them. Manufactured in 2001. Includes TSA hard case.
